GABYA ISLE RITUALS 2025 \u2013 FESTIVAL RULES v2.1<\/p>

1. FESTIVAL ESSENCE AND PRINCIPLES
GABYA Isle Rituals is a festival of conscious experience, music and fellowship, taking place in the nature reserve of the Kaunas Yacht Club peninsula. The festival is created with respect for the Earth, people and community. <\/p>

ABSOLUTE SOBERING RULE
The festival is strictly sober. It is prohibited throughout the entire territory:
\u2013 consuming alcohol;
\u2013 using any narcotic, psychotropic or intoxicating substances;
\u2013 being intoxicated.
If this rule is violated, the person will be removed without compensation. <\/p>

2. TIME AND PLACE
Location: Kaunas Yacht Club, R. Kalantos g. 124, Kaunas, 52330
Coordinates: 54\u00b053’08.9″N 24\u00b001’37.5″E
Festival gates open: 2026-08-28 14:00
Festival ends: 2026-08-30 15:00
The festival takes place in a nature reserve on the peninsula. Please behave respectfully and preserve the environment. <\/p>

3. FESTIVAL TERRITORY ZONES
Active zone \u2013 concerts, practices, rituals and activities.
Camping zone \u2013 access only with a wristband and camping ticket; number of places is limited.
Community spaces \u2013 for relaxation, swimming, toilets, food.<\/p>

4. TICKETS AND BRACELETS
Important:
\u2013 Upon arrival, the ticket is exchanged for a bracelet.
\u2013 A damaged, removed or unfastened bracelet is invalid.
\u2013 The bracelet is intended for one person only and is not transferable.
\u2013 Entry to the campsite is only possible with a bracelet + camping ticket.
\u2013 Children under 6 years old \u2013 free with parents\/guardians.
\u2013 Under 18 years of age \u2013 only with a responsible adult. <\/p>

5. RULES OF CONDUCT
The participant undertakes to:
\u2013 behave respectfully towards others, nature and infrastructure;
\u2013 not consume or carry intoxicants;
\u2013 not carry prohibited items;
\u2013 listen to the instructions of the staff and security.<\/p>

The organizer has the right to:
\u2013 change the program;
\u2013 restrict access to areas;
\u2013 exclude persons who pose a threat or violate the rules.<\/p>

6. SECURITY
Security has the right to:
\u2013 check tickets, wristbands, items;
\u2013 check documents (security service \/ police);
\u2013 deny entry to intoxicated, aggressive persons;<\/p>

\u2013 ask to leave the area;
\u2013 use proportionate force only in self-defense or for the safety of others.<\/p>

7. CAMPING RULES
Camping area \u2013 only with a wristband and camping ticket.
Quiet time: 00:00\u201308:00.
It is prohibited:
\u2013 to consume alcohol or intoxicants;
\u2013 to use open fire devices;
\u2013 to use barbecues, grills, gas cylinders;
\u2013 to use generators.<\/p>

Procedure:
\u2013 Pitch tents only in marked areas.
\u2013 Protect nature, do not use soaps or chemicals in the water.
\u2013 Park cars only in designated areas.<\/p>

8. ANIMALS
Only:
\u2013 calm, non-aggressive animals are allowed;
\u2013 on a leash;
\u2013 not allowed in the Active Zone;
\u2013 the owner is 100% responsible.
The organizer may ask to take the animal out.<\/p>

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS<\/p>

It is prohibited to bring:
\u2013 weapons, dangerous objects;
\u2013 drugs, intoxicants;
\u2013 alcohol;
\u2013 glass containers;
\u2013 pyrotechnics;
\u2013 speakers;
\u2013 drones without written permission;
\u2013 commercial advertisements without permission;
\u2013 gas cylinders, grills.<\/p>

10. FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
\u2013 Filming and photography may be permitted at the festival.
\u2013 General shots may be used for communication.
\u2013 Close-up portraits are only used with consent.
\u2013 Professional filming only with permission.
\u2013 Drones only with written permission.<\/p>

11. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of natural conditions (storm, wind, rain), the organizer may change the program or
limit activities. Tickets are not refundable due to natural factors. <\/p>

12. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
\u2013 Do not litter.
\u2013 Protect vegetation and water.
\u2013 Use only toilets.<\/p>

\u2013 To preserve the peninsula’s ecosystem.<\/p>

13. PRIVACY POLICY
Organizer: Public Institution Creators 76.
Processed data: tickets, registrations, inquiries, social networks.
Data is used for organizational purposes only.
Data is stored in accordance with GDPR.
